ABAA 8th Annual Conference

Our staff Michelle, Romy, Roni & Theresa attended this year's ABA Conference is Brisbane. They enjoyed learning new skills & meeting new people within our community! Even meeting ABA celebrity, William Heward, who shared the latest publication of his book "Let's Make A Contract" with all attendees.

ASD Research Study Australia

My name is Petria Morris, ABA Therapist in Northern Tasmania. When I am not working with our clients, I am either studying (Bachelor of Psychological Science) or you can find me on the UTAS campus in the lab, conducting multiple tests and working within a national research team from Queensland and Tasmania on a major research project.

I would like to take the opportunity to inform you about this national research study which is currently being conducted.

If you are interested in participating or want to know more about it, please see below information. Our email to you should be seen purely as information.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): Support for participants

LAEI & Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National)

Leaps Ahead Early Intervention is officially registered with the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). This means that our NDIS participants and carers are not charged for language interpreting services. As an NDIS Provider, we are responsible for offering interpreter services to help families use the supports.

NDIS participants and providers can access immediate phone interpreting services by calling TIS National's operator assisted service on 131 450 (within Australia). This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, however not all languages are available during this time period.
