2026 Mid-Term Audit

We’re pleased to share that we have successfully completed our 2026 NDIS mid-term audit.

A mid-term audit is an important part of the NDIS quality and safeguards process, designed to ensure registered providers continue to meet the NDIS Practice Standards and maintain high-quality, safe, and effective services for participants.

This process involves a detailed review of our systems, documentation, and service delivery, including areas such as governance, risk management, incident and feedback processes, and how we implement our policies in day-to-day practice.

We’re proud to have once again demonstrated our ongoing commitment to quality care, compliance, and continuous improvement in everything we do.

Thank you 💙

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful families and clients for your ongoing trust, support, and cooperation throughout this process. We also sincerely appreciate those who took the time to provide feedback about our services — your input is incredibly valuable in helping us grow and improve.

At LAEI, we remain committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based early intervention services that support children to develop communication, learning, and life skills in meaningful and functional ways.

We are proud of the work we do alongside families and look forward to continuing to support children in reaching their goals.
